Help With Centering Webpages

Ok ive designed a page in publisher (i know its rubbish i know there are better ones, please dont moan at me as i didnt think this problem im having would come up plus, i only have very basic HTML knowledge and couldnt code a half decent site.

I want to center the whole page, on top of that i want to have a border (ie with no colour either side of design) similar to this ( http://www.thevillageatburleigh.com/ )


I was going to copy the code, but thier is too much because publisher and i are rubbish, i've got the link here ( http://www.sandriftbeachfront.com.au/TEST/index2.htm )

it might just be a case changing some page settings, but i have had a fiddle to no avail


PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I'm no expert, strictly an amateur. I just had a quick look at your code and I think your problem might be that you have "position:absolute" in the code. I think this might have to be variable but not sure. As I said I am very much an amateur at coding but this is the first thing I noticed. Might be worth in vestigating.
