One of the kids got a message from the Computer Associates (CA) spyware program and they rsponded to it prior to alerting adult. Now, Computer Associates (CA) spyware will not run. I found that the task scheduler was pointing to spools.exe. Almost everything I try to start I get the window asking choose the program that you want to use to open this file.

I am running Windows XP.

I am unable to start command prompt. I get the choose the program that you want to use to open this file message.

I tried to open the properties of My Computer and received c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe - application not found window. However, the file is there.
