Cant Install Or Run Programs On New Winxp

Every program have a bug, or wheh I run it it restart my computer.
First i've tried to install AV, but - BUG installation breaks at 95% and cant install
Same thing with other programs.
Second: Format c: . New winXP.
Problem is still here.

what version of xp are you loading on exactly what computer?

these errors are associated with microsoft bugs not malware

the nvidia part might give a clue, have you loaded all the drivers for your computer correctly?
