I just got a new motherboard..
Its... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813186116

Right now I have installed it on a fresh case and stuff.

I have a 500W PSU hooked up to it, 1GB of 800MHz 1.8v RAM card, SATA HDD 70GB, 8800GT XFX.

Those are the only things that I have plugged in ATM.

When I plug the PSU wire in, a red light comes up by the SATA plugs on the MOBO.

When I turn the motherboard on, fans start, heatsink fan starts, RED LIGHT goes off and it appears to be working, BUT I dont get any image on my screen, it just stays the same way as if its off.

Any help please?

Disconnect the HDD from the mobo, see what happens.

also check the power connection to the motherboard, make sure the PSU is compatible (24 pin to 24pin or whatever) also make sure if it has the additional 4pin cpu power attachment it is plugged in.

The led is like next to the SATA plug, you can hardly see it cause of the flash, but believe me its strong red.
Excusse the messy PSU wires, I just hada take it quickly.
