Hi .. am new to this forum but hope someone out there can help me
n.exe .. is this a virus .. ?
the file has appaered on my computer and I think it is responsible for the computer not booting up in normal mode
The only way at present I can get in is by "safe mode"
I keep deleting this file .. but it keeps coming back
Can anyone help me please

It is most likely a keylogger.
You will need to boot into "safe mode" to remove it, using whatever AV or spyware applications you have. If it persists, disable system restore temporarily before attempting to remove it in safe mode.
