hey im running out of space on my master hard drive
is there a way to make all the download files go to the second drive?
without having to locate the drive all the time
cause some installations install it straight to the master drive ..without asking which drive to save it to.

Why not transfer some of those file from the master drive to the slave drive and create more space on the master.

If you have a CD or DVD burner, or a flash drive you could back up the files that you have on the larger hdd, wipe it, partition it, format it and install the OS on it and set it as the Master and configure the old one as a Slave. You can then transfer the files from the old one to the new one by clicking and dragging the files.
