Hi,

sorry if this is in the wrong forum. It's my first post so please bare with me. Recently I ran a spybot search and destroy check and followed the recommended actions, though ever since my computer has slowed way down when I try and run more than one program. Playin audio through my soundcard is also affected now. I have checked the amount of processes running and services and it seems pretty normal. I also have the message in RUNDLL error finding file C:\Program Files\Common Files\ParetoLogic\UUS2\UUS.dll popping up every so often. I have read posts before about this message but it's still not very clear how to fix the problem.

Sorry if I'm not meant to do this but here is my HijackThis log if someone could take a wee peek it would be much appreciated.

Here forget about it. I know this is a free website and all but it's kinda pointless when you have to wait over a week for any kind of reply. Would be quicker tryin to sort it out meself, even though I don't have the first clue what i'm doing, it'll be probably more advantageous than this useless process. Goodluck to anyone else that has a problem, my advice, ask someone who knows.

Sorry you feel that way ...

& how do you think the other 500 posters who posted before you would feel if we answered you before them ...

& another question for you ... how many hours a day do YOU spend helping other people for free ?

OK ... apology accepted..

It is not the ideal situation but Currently there are 469 unanswered logs! ... it takes time to analyse logs and resolve problems, inevitably it is somewhat of a lottery whether you get a reply at all, there are just not enough helpers to cope with the demand, even if we were all able to work 24 hours a day.

Do you still have a problem ? if you do, then please read the following statement, it is the one I give to everyone who has been waiting a long time & will clarify exactly how things stand at the moment.

-----
Sorry for the delay in responding to you, we have a long list of posters waiting for their threads to be analysed.

As it has been some time since you posted, you may have resolved your problem, please let us know if you have ?

If you still require help, Please make sure you have read this :-

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

Please follow all the directions in the above thread, then come back here & copy & paste the requested updated logs... do NOT attach them

Logs requested :-

1. Deckard's System Scanner main.txt & extra.txt

Note: you'll find extra.txt here :- C:\Deckard\System Scanner\extra.txt

Please remember to post both txt files ...

2. KASPERSKY ONLINE SCANNER 7 REPORT

Please be sure to give as detailed an explanation of your problem as you can, tell us what programs you may have run whilst waiting for a reply & if you have received help elsewhere ... also any new developments with your problem ?

cheers
