Need To Remove Tesllar A! I Dont Know How

I have tesllar A and I cannot get rid of it. Also anytime I start up my computer it changes my background and it says I have spyware and I need a program to remove it. Then roaches crawl on my screen. I have also done countless system scans in safe mode and I get nothing. Please help me its really annoying.
