Saving folders In OE inbox

Hello there: First time for me to post here, although I've looked the posts over before.
I know how to save folders in Outlook, but how do you save your Inbox folders in Outlook Express? it's a different process and Windows only wants you to save them to OUTLOOK or MICROSOFT EXCHANGE. Help? I tried compressing them and making a .dbx file ( windows then couldnot read the file.) I would like to find a way other than saving all indivually. thanks graylobo
