Cant Format

Whenever I try to reformat my main HD with my XP install It wont let me get past the first step. It freezes on me and doesnt let it move or function right. Any suggestions?

There was a massive Malware infection so thats why i Reformated.

If you are wishing to reformat the hdd I'm assuming that you want to reinstall the OS. If this is the case why not use a utility like Active Kill Disk to wipe the drive, this will give you a clean hdd to start over with. This will also insure that you have cleaned out any infections that you may have had previously. The wed site provide a user's guide which will help you make the CD, and the program will prompt you through the operation.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
