Hello Are you running XP or another?
What antivirus and spyware tools are installed?
What firewall are you using?
Have you performed a scan with these from safe mode?.....thanks

Thanks.
Im using Windoxs HP Professional.
The antivirus program is Kaspersky 7.0.1.325
And the spyware programs are TuneUp Utilities 2008, CCleaner, I used Trojan Remover but deleted it after using it, Also Premium Booster.
When i go to the safe mode, the same thing happends, the explorer just keeps restarting.
I also remembered that i installed windows drivers this week, so it may be the cause, but i still dont know how to fix it. The only thing how to make explorer.exe is when you turn on PC and press F8, then you start it with the last good settings it worked, and then it doesnt restart every 10 seconds. But i still cant go to folders. Like my computer or my documents or any of them. Because then, the rundll32.exe starts running and it just makes my explorer.exe restart every 10 secs untill i end rundll32.exe, but if i open any folder ahain, same thing happens.
If i try to run the computer in a normal mode, then explorer.exe just starts to restart like it does in a safe mode.

Have you installed any new applications or Hardware recently?
Have you tried to do a system Restore to a date before this started?
