"Vista Home Premium SP1"

I recently installed Ad-Aware Free version from the link on this site which took me to lavasoftusa.com I believe. and I have a couple of questions.

First of all, in my add/remove programs section, Ad-Aware appears there with no lavasoft icon, just a blank piece of paper with a folded corner. Did I just install spyware on my PC while trying to prevent it, and if so....What do I do now?

Well I reinstalled it by the run as admin right click method, but still same problem (no lava soft icon, just a blank piece of paper, this seems to be the only problem with it, just looks like spyware. Does anyone else have this problem, or is it even a problem.

oh and yes...32 bit

TIA
