may one ask how many Student places are in the Study Hall on THIS site?

If members are in the Study Hall on this site, or are in any other Training School on any other forum site , are those students allowed to post to any threads on this site or are their 'posting permissions' restriced to specific areas of the forum ?

The number of students is a variable number. There are several factors taken into consideration. One is the ratio of the number of trainees to coach's. Also the factor of how many trainees in each segment, i.e. Sophomore, Junior and Senior. So there isn't a 'fixed' number we can point to. It's a fluid number depending on several factors.

Trainees of Bleeping Computer are not authorized to give malware specific advice in the malware forums. They are under the guidance of Coaches, however it's not always clear from a member stand point what a specific trainee, may have or have not been permitted to respond to. Although as a general rule trainees are to work on malware in the training area not the open forums.

As for trainees from other schools. Unless they identify themselves we have no way of knowing. We do have a working relationship with other training equipped forums so we do have visitors, who may assist in a limited capacity. This is all handled within the training area and under the supervision of the coaches and Study Hall Admins guidance.
