Hello sgtbash and Welcome!
Sorry you're having malware trouble.

Download CWShredder™ Version 2.1 here and save it to its own folder named CWShredder. Save it at the root of the C:\drive the same location as HijackThis. Don't run it yet, we will use it later.

Download SpSeHjfix here and save it to the desktop. Now right click on a blank part of the desktop and select New, then Folder. Name this new folder SpSeHjfix. Place SpSeHjfix111.exe in the new folder. Save it at the root of the C:\drive the same location as HijackThis. Don't run it yet, we will use it later.

Please reboot into Safe Mode. For instructions click here.

From Safe Mode, run CWShredder. To open the program, double-click on CWShredder.exe. Now, click the 'Fix->' button (not 'Scan Only') and you'll be prompted that CWShredder will shutdown any Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player windows, click OK to continue and let it run completely to delete anything it finds. After its scan, click Next, then Exit.

From Safe Mode, double-click SpSeHjfix111.exe and click on Start Disinfection. When it has finished its scan, it will reboot your PC to finish the cleaning process and delete the malware files. The tool creates a log of the fix which will appear in the folder.

Now back in Normal Mode (Windows), open HijackThis, click "Do a system scan and save a logfile", copy and paste the contents of the new logfile and the log that was created by SpSeHjfix here for review.

I see you have two antivirus products installed, Norton and StopSign, this is not recommended. I would uninstall the Acceleration Software and keep Norton. Please go here for information regarding eAcceleration Software.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [webscan] C:\Program Files\Acceleration Software\Anti-Virus\stopsignav.exe -k
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fwservice] C:\Program Files\Acceleration Software\StopSignProducts\Firewall\fwservice.exe -startup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sginst] C:\PROGRA~1\ACCELE~1\SCRIPT~1\sginst.exe /upd
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dguard] C:\PROGRA~1\ACCELE~1\DOWNLO~1\dguard.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [eanth_system_patcher] "C:\Program Files\Acceleration Software\SystemPatcher\sys_alert.exe" /Startup
O23 - Service: FWService - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Acceleration Software\StopSignProducts\Firewall\fwservice.exe (file missing)

Please reboot into Safe Mode. For instructions click here

From Safe Mode, please close ALL open windows AND browsers, open HijackThis and put checks next to all the following, then click "Fix Checked":

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
O21 - SSODL: SystemCheck2 - {54645654-2225-4455-44A1-9F4543D34545} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\vbsys2.dll

These are not malware, but unneeded resource hogs; they are safe to delete in HJT also.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE

From Safe Mode, please delete the following files and/or folders:
Go to Start, Search, For Files or Folders, and type in each file or folder name.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\vbsys2.dll <----Delete this file.

Now reboot the PC back into Normal Mode (Windows), open HijackThis, click "Do a system scan and save a logfile", copy and paste the contents of the new logfile here for review.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and look for StopSign and uninstall the antivirus and firewall and System Patcher. Other than the eAccelerator leftover on your PC, your log is clean.
