Hi, I am a computer technician and I apparently signed up for this site in 2005, and didn't remember til I was sent an email from bleeping computers. I am glad that you did, as I can always use new resources on how to remove malware and other various problems a tech runs across. In three years I have not stopped running out of new problems that leave me scratching my head for a time. I always manage to figure them out though. It's just nice to know that this site is here and there are others to discuss it with. If I can save someone else a headache, that's a plus. I was an end user for years and not even on a PC, it was in the Medical field and their software. I became interested in learning computers when I bought one that someone built for me and literally got screwed. I decided then and there, that this would never happen to me again. I decided to go back to school so I could fix my own computers as well as build them. The rest is history. I went from Medical person to Computer Geek in about 3 yrs. So that is kind of my history.
