Hi,

After running a short video on http://www.nenaghmarketing.com/Meet_Tim
it should redirect at the end to http://www.nenaghmarketing.com/Low_Start_Up_Brilliant ,however it just freezes up and remains with the video.

When I try this in Internet Explorer it works perfectly.

Can anyone suggest what can be done to get it to work in Firefox.
Thanks,

rapla

I do not know much about Firefox. Did you try cleaning out Firefox and all the TEMP folders it uses and such. Cookies etc?

Hi BlueEyedFox and iSIKH,
Thanks for your suggestions but i am using a brand new computer (3 days old) and there are no temp folders or cookies to clean out as I have hardly used it so far.
Your help is appreciated.

I would try reinstalling Firefox:

1) Download a fresh copy of Firefox and save it.
2) Save your bookmarks by exporting them using the Bookmark Manager menu.
3) Uninstall Firefox Using Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
4) Delete the Firefox directory under Mozilla in the Program Files directory.
5) Delete the Firefox directory under the Application Data directory in your user profile.
6) Reinstall Firefox using the download from Step 1.
7) Use the Bookmark Manager menu to import the bookmarks you saved in Step 2.
