Please be sure to ship your return product to EVGA via a traceable air express company, which can provide you with a proof of delivery if necessary. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, Burlington or DHL).

What does that mean?? Does that mean I have to pay for air shipping?? I can't use ground shipping?

Somebody help me out.

I'd call or contact EVGA to see exactly what they think they mean (see my signature)

But, in general, it sounds like they mean to use a company that provides a tracking number where they show a final delivery confirmation of some sort.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

yea I called them. They said you can ship using ground shipping.

I felt stupid asking, but I think that the above is a dumb way to word it.

If it makes you feel any better, I agree with you.
