I have been passing myself off as a computer technician for about 15 years now, but more and more these days I am not so sure....

I would normally just format and reinstall peoples computers when they have multiple spyware/malware/viruses, however I am finding more and more people who don't backup their data, or just can't afford to pay for the service of a reinstallation of the O/S. I am in the middle of one right now, and could use some advice on how to get the last little bugs out....

Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you are my only hope.....
