I was trying to play a movie with the VLC Media Player and I got this error message: Unrecognized format for DvDrip.Ac3(Eng)-aXXo.avi. I downloaded the AC3 filter but I still get that error message. I'm using Win XP Pro. Can anyone help me?

Teh VLC ish eval... needs internal codecs to play.

First of all, what kind of DVD did you rip?

Can you uninstall your AC3 filter and try this one?

If, on the other hand, he is offered something which affords a reason for acting in accordance to his instincts, he will accept it even on the slightest evidence. The origin of myths is explained in this way." - Bertrand Russell
