All of this started with a "ctfmona" infection that I believe I've gotten rid of, but Spybot SD Resident is continuing to show strange registry change attempts and I just want to make sure I've gotten everything. Thanks.

Welcome to Bleeping Computer, please be sure you have read and followed the
Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Instructions for receiving help in cleaning your computer http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/
All advice given is taken at your own risk.

I apologize for the wait, if your issues are not resolved, read the instructions posted above and then follow the directions below. If you no longer need help, I would appreciate a quick post letting me know so I can close your topic.

I am not seeing any malware in the HJT log? If you have questions about Spybot S&D post those here: http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4
I can tell you most issues are resolved by updating and fully immunizing Spybot before running it.

If you have symptoms of malware, start with a new HijackThis log (not DSS at this time) and I will take a look.

Thanks
