Welcome neighbor - South Carolina?

Yes, we only use trusted members to aid in malware removal. It is very easy to use a tool improperly and cause a computer to become inoperable. Good luck with your cleaning!

By all means, good luck!
Quite often, removing some problemmatic viruses means using very powerful tools after a careful analysis of the problem. In amateur hands, the cure can often be worse than the disease and can have disastrous effects on your computer's ability to operate.
