Welcome to Bleeping Computer, please be sure you have read and followed the
Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Instructions for receiving help in cleaning your computer http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/
All advice given is taken at your own risk.

I apologize for the wait, if your issues are not resolved, read the instructions posted above and then follow the directions below. If you no longer need help, I would appreciate a quick post letting me know so I can close your topic.

From the limited information you have provided, I see obsolete programs and adware, but I do not see a trojan. If you still have issues, provide more information about this "trojan horse" like what program finds it, what is the name, what is the location. Include a fresh HijackThis log using Add Reply with that information and we will owrk from there.

Thanks

Hello h_i_mcdonnough,

I have merged your latest topic with your previously existing topic on the same issues. Please keep responses to this thread by using the Add Reply button at the bottom of the topic. Creating additional topics about the same issue confuses things for both you and those helping you and delays the assistance you receive.

Please be sure that you have followed ALL the steps that pskelley outlined for you.

Thanks, if you are still looking for help, you might as well start with this:
System Drive C: has 2.19 GiB (less than 15%) free.

http://consumerdocs.installshield.com/self...9&sliceId=1
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q82225/
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=h...amp;btnG=Search

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=h...amp;btnG=Search

This issue is not about to go away, you need to make some decisions and take some action.

1) C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\ <<< uninstall this program in Add Remove programs, it is obsolete:
AVG Anti-Spyware and AVG Anti-Rootkit are no longer available
http://free.grisoft.com/ww.download-avg-an...nd-anti-rootkit

2) C:\Program Files\LimeWire\ <<< uninstall this program in AddRemove program to save some space.

3) C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_05\ <<< update your Java program, see this:
http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=1...amp;postcount=2

4) Follow the directions in this link to delete all of those backups:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/....html#HTRestore

5) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

6) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

7) Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs and uninstall ISM, QdrModule, QdrPack and anything else you know does not belong there.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [!AVG Anti-Spyware] "C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\avgas.exe" /minimized
