Where is the best Free place to learn Html. I was told to go to the W3S site and some suggest other sites, so can some one please help me with this or at least point me into the right direction.

I personally bounced around the W3 sites and a few others places that I don't remember now. But I do know htmlcodetutorial has some nice novice tutorials which was a great start for me.

www.w3schools.com is a very good source! i learned a couple of languages from there!

I would also recommend W3, but also have you considered viewing the source of webpages to gain an understanding?
