Hello.. I've had this problem for a while now. I've uninstalled cleared the directory and reinstalled fresh and updated. Works fine for a short period of time (couple of hours max) and then disconnects and won't reconnect. I'm stuck for ideas on whats wrong with it, I googled it and saw others had same problem, hence my visit to you. I am hoping someone can help. I've taken the liberty of downloading Hijack this and scanning (only) I'm attaching the log for anyone interested to take a peek at. I'd appreciate any help. In anticipation.. thank you
PS. I've followed instructions and I hope I did them correctly. Apologies for not posting in the correct way. I hope I've done it right this time.
Many thanks

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.
I apologize for the delay getting to your log, the helpers here are very busy.

If you still need help, please post a fresh Hijackthis log, in this thread, so I can help you with your malware problems.
If you have resolved this issue please let us know.

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
