Whats Wrong With My Quick Launch Buttons?

Hi...
I have Hp pavilion dv2720 ....OS is Windows Vista... my quicklaunch buttons (above the keyboard) stopped working this morning and i've been freaking out since then! whats wrong with them? i cleaned them this morning with a damp cloth..just like it says in the user manual... did that cause a problem?
Waiting for a solution desperately :thumbsup:..

The tag just says Hp pavilion dv2700.... i checked the receipt and that says dv2700 CTO20....
now what? :thumbsup:

I didn't find the driver itself, not listed, but there is a Quick Launch security patch that should be downloaded. Maybe it will help the situation. It's the same for all 3 models I listed

According to HP that download should have solved the problem. I don't know what else to suggest other than contacting HP or their support forums

Lets say what the support people have to say about it.
I'll post here as soon as there is any development.. so that others facing a similar problem may benefit from this thread.
