I have the follwoing problems (I think all related to one another)

1) while opening any hard drive, the drive opens in a new window

2) my hidden files don't appear even on clicking 'show hidden files and folders' in the Folder Options.

3) I re-install the windows but could not solve the problem

4) the following message also appear while clicking any hard drive

" Xyw9tmdj.com - Application error
The instruction at "0x10011faf" referred memory at
"0x0000000ff". The memory could not be "read". "

if there is any solution for it

Moreover, how can i post a picture with my message
