I Think I Might Be Infected

Hi, I think i may be infected as my computer just suddenly slowed down and crashes alot. I do not believe it to be a registry problem, hard disk error, fragmentation problem or anything like that as i have run countless registry fixers, sytem mechanic and have updated all the major drivers (video card, processor etc). PLease help! Here are the logs:

I have now updated all my drives through hardware manager but still no change in speed.

I just disabled Server from msconfig which has helped lower my boot time but my computer is still extremely slow. Please Help!
