My sister's antivirus expired. Ran AVG and Spybot. Ran LSPFix to regain access to the internet and also edited the registry to enable task manager. Re-ran AVG and Spybot found no more infections. Ran Kaspersky - found more infections. Following are the DSS report Hijack this report and Kaspersky report. thanks for you help in advance.
Kaspersky is reporting one infected Exploit.Java.Gimsh.b, Zip.infected. I'm not sure what "infected:not-a viurs.FraudTools is, description on four objects. After I ran avg and spybot the first time, the following were listed in their logs:
Purityscan.ap, sheur.bds, bho.dnk, scanget.e, generic10.HID, Generic10.KFJ, Obfusfated, generic10.lig, bho.dmh, virus found Lop, Dnschanger.AH. Thanks you - Michele

Hi,

For these:

C:\Documents and Settings\Erin Langan\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\jvmimpro.jar-6d3811e3-11370369.zip/vmain.class Infected: Exploit.Java.Gimsh.b skipped

C:\Documents and Settings\Erin Langan\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javapi\v1.0\jar\jvmimpro.jar-6d3811e3-11370369.zip ZIP: infected - 1 skipped

Clear your Java cache:
Clearing Java Cache:
  • Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on the Java Icon (coffee cup) in the Control Panel.
  • It will say "Java Plug-in" under the icon.
  • Under Temporary Internet Files, click the Settings button.
  • Click the Delete Files... button below. Make sure next are checked:
    • Applications and Applets
      Trace and Log Files
  • Click OK on Delete Temporary Files Window.

Note: This deletes ALL the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the CACHE.
  • Click OK to leave the Java Control Panel.
Also, I see you are running Teatimer.
I suggest you to disable it because it can interfere with the changes you'll make on your system.
When everything is done and your log is clean again, you can enable it again.
If teatimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.
How to disable TeaTimer <== click me for instructions.
After you disabled Teatimer, download ResetTeaTimer.bat to your desktop. (In case you use Firefox, rightclick the link and choose "save as").
Doubleclick ResetTeaTimer.bat and let it run.
This will only take a few seconds.

Then,

Navigate to and delete the following folder and file:

C:\Program Files\411Ferret
C:\Documents and Settings\Erin Langan\My Documents\antispystorm_setup.exe

Then,

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:
