Is it possible for you to borrow/buy a cheap USB mouse. Good idea to have one as a spare
Here's a list of keyboard commands http://support.microsoft.com/kb/126449

Do you have a mouse from a desktop that you could borrow? If you have to use the keyboard, you will have to use a combination of the Tab key and the arrow keys.
Regards,

Alan.
