I tried to install Win SP3 upate and it failed. I do not see the error code in the windowsupdate log file but the error read "Failed to install catalog files". I am attaching my WINDOWS UPDATE LOG listing to see if you can advise me. Also, KB 950749 has failed and won't install. I thought by installing SP3 this would clear up all past issues.
Thanks for your help.

I apologize for not attaching the correct file. I have now uploaded the WindowsUpdate log.

I found a link to amset.info/windows/auto-updates.asp and the suggestion to rename the catroot2 file (had to do it in safe mode) did the trick. SP3 installed.
