Hi... a med student from Europe having the endless battle between man and machine..

I found this forum while I was searching for a problem at google. It looks a great
site with endless information.

My main problem is I've been trying to use TvAnts to view channels. But whatever the
channel I tried to check out I get the message:

"Failed to open channel http://localhost:16900/7.asf.
Do you agree to open it by windows' default player?
If the external player encounters error, please try again later.

I click yes, not minding if I get the channel at TvAnts or anything else.
But even after that my problem pursues. Any help?
