Is it possible to play final fantasy from your external hard drive, cause i tried clicking on the program in my other windows accounts and it says registry error, and im wondering if i save all the files on my external hard drive will i be able to play it on my friends comp or will i get the registry error thingy?

You will still have a problem as the program may have installed certain registry entries or files ioutside the FF directory. Have you tried reinstalling?
