My h/p psc 1310 is not fully functional. It operated well at one time. I have lost the h/p director and my "preview fax" capability.
The h/p director is shown under h/p in the programs listings, however, a left click yields nothing and a right click shows it in the folder bin (which I know nothing about).
I want to uninstall and reinstall the program but it is not showing in add/remove.
I ran the set-up cd but it recognized the installed psc 1310 as more recent and would not allow me to go any further
