Hi Kylie, Welcome to Bleeping Computer

Simply create a new topic in the appropriate forum and the members here will help you with your problem.

Please take a moment and visit the New User Orientation section, to get familiarized with how the board works.

There is also an extensive Tutorials section, that offers a wide range of information and solutions.

Welcome to BC!
In order to help you, our Members really need more information about what is happening, and when it happens.
It is probably best if you tell us by posting about your problem in the AM I INFECTED? Forum, since it appears you may have malware on your computer.
