I installed BOClean 4.26. The first time it ran, it found something called kmxagent.sys which is (it said) a variant of rtkt-vanti.r. It deleted it and then it asked if I wish to delete a file that would reinstall it. I had BoClean delete that too. But, I was suspicious and thought that more research would be a good idea. I googled and found this forum.
I have gone through all the steps in preparing to post logs, excepty for Kaspersky. The two logs are attached. As you have instructed I will not do anything unless told by you to do it.
