I am attempting to disinfect a computer for my wifes aunt.

The computer was running dog slow when i visited here house and I offered to take it home and clean it up for her so that it was usable again.

I downloaded and ran spybot, hijackthis, adaware 2007, and windows defender (all updated). Each found a few things and removed what it found. In hijackthis, I checked anything that I could identify and fixed those items. The rest I either trusted or wasn't sure about. The log that will be posted below will show the results of this.

I then downloaded AVG Free 8.0 and scanned the computer completely. The scan revealed many tracking cookies, but more importantly, it found a trojan called clicker.ndn. The scan indicated that on her computer, the following files were infected with clicker.ndn:

dx7vbp.dll
crypt32.dll
winlogon.exe

I have attempted 4 times to have AVG take care of the problem. Each time it attempts to resolve the problem it prompts for me to restart. After the restart, nothing has changed.

I searched google and found a link to this place, and the help here seems to be great, so I decided to register and follow the instructions to see if anyone could help me.

I ran DSS and the log file showed the following:
