Hi, I am having a problem with the USB drivers for the Motorola RAZR v3 phone. The error message I am getting is "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" Thus far I have downloaded the most recent drivers from Motorola and installed the but the problem persists. I was thinking that there may be a virus or malware problem and ran combofix but the problem persists. Anyone out there have experiencs with this problem. Thanks
Edit: Moved topic from XP to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
Go to Device manager Try...Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes (located under action) to reinstall or upgrade the driver.
