Hi,
I am having a problem with the USB drivers for the Motorola RAZR v3 phone.
The error message I am getting is "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
Thus far I have downloaded the most recent drivers from Motorola and installed the but the problem persists.
I was thinking that there may be a virus or malware problem and ran combofix but the problem persists.
Anyone out there have experiencs with this problem.
Thanks

hello are you running XP?

Go to Device manager
Try...Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes (located under action) to reinstall or upgrade the driver.
