I can't get logged in in safe mode to check and change the administrator account. I bought a new HP D4990y and it denies me administrative access and they tell me I need to change it in safe mode but I can't seem to get logged in to it.

Edit: Moved topic from XP to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

I don't know if this is what you are looking for. If not please give a little more information as to how you are trying to log into Safe Mode and if there are any error messages.
