assuming you ARE 'cleared' from the HJT forum(?) http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/143591/computer-freezes-frequently/

your log thread mentions havimg more than one antivirus program on board and also the use OF P2P programs?

please clarify

which antivirus program is now installed?

are you using P2P programs still?

If your PC all of a sudden hard locks then chances are good it's a hardware issue. If you have a bad component on a board typically it will work until it hits a certain temperature, then whammo!! Hard lock!!
Every time I bought a cheapie network card(back in the old days before ethernet came on the motherboard)
I would get the same issue. PC would work for about 10 minutes until the bad component heated up. Then lockup!!

If it is a hardware issue no amount of software and settings tinkering will help. Might need to take it to a technician or decide if it's time to invest in another machine.
