Try the fix at Kelly's Korner.

Remove the White Space from Add or Remove - #226 on the right.

With any fix like this you should create a new restore point and backup the registry first. For backing up the registry I like to use ERUNT.

I posted some images of my system

Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs

I Have Windows Xp Professional + Service Pack 3

I read the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/266668 and when i try that i have these errors :

a) b. Paste the following command in the Open box, and then click OK:
rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.EXE" /g "C:\WINDOWS\IE Uninstall Log.Txt
Because this command is case sensitive, Microsoft recommends that you copy the command from this article, and then paste the command in the Open box (image 5)

:thumbsup: Missing *.Dlls
%systemroot%\System32\Mshtml.dll
%systemroot%\System32\Clbcatq.dll
