Hey all. Lately my computer seems to be lagging quite a lot. Somtimes when i turn my pc off then on again it goes back to normal, but then after a while goes back to being laggy. Help from anyone who knows what to do would be greatly appreciated.

 to BC :trumpet:

Have you considered it may be malware causing this or something else? Read this: Slow Computer?

Look at that page (Slow Computer?) and that should help you out - if it doesn't report back here :inlove:

David

(Oh yeah I almost forgot :flowers:, tell us if that page helped you  )

How much RAM?

How much free space on the C: partition?

Can you post some system info?

Open up the Task Manager, click the Processes Tab and see if you can identify any process that's using a lot of CPU (except for the System Idle Process).

Thanks for going through that article

Also, was there anything you may have doesn't hat could have impacted on your computers performance? IE: Did you install a certain program before it got laggy?

Also, could we get your CPU? (I am assuming it is good since those specs of your Hard rive and RAM are decent :flowers: )
