I have a infested winlogon.exe. ( windows security center ultimate defender, ultimate fixer and sys defender). Is it possible to dowload a new winlogon.exe and replace the old one?

And something prevents me from entering XP in safe mode. When it is prompted that i should press ctrl+alt+del, the buttons just dont work.
