Disable Restart

when i try to kill pc-antispyware process .system get restarted instantly.

In another cases i cannot run cmd regedit taskmanager etc. becaus if i run those exe ís the system get restarted automatically. (note. thies cmd, task manager, regedit files are not disabled).May i know what is the reason and remody please. one more I want to know how to disable thies sudden restarts when i try to kill pc-antispyware.exe. Any one know how to remove eksplorasky.exe. Any one have a tool or programme that i can delete or modify files in ntfs.
(I mean a dos programme or aythinh that i can boot using cd,floppy,usb flash with ntfs support.).normally dos does not support ntfs

To disable the automatic restart go to Start> right click on My Computer> Properties> click on the Advanced tab> click on Settings under Startup and Recovery and uncheck the box next to Automatically restart.
