I can not run system restore. When I try it goes through the process and tells me it can't restore. If I click on restore settings it closes system restore.
Also when I boot I get a box: runtime error 429 Active x component can't create object. Tried reinstalling active x no good

Forgot to add: I am running xp pro with 768 meg of ram on P700.
