Hello all,

I'm a rather novice compupter person.....I recently downloaded the virus where the background on your desk top turns blood red with the toxic symbol in the center of the screen. It states "Your Privacy is in Danger," or something to that effect.

I used SuperAnti Spyware to get rid of it....worked like a charm......unfortunatly I no longer am able to post a background picture. As I'm used to seeing my son's pix as the background it is huge downer to not be able to see his face when I sit down at the computer.

If anyone knows what I need to do to be able to hang a background pix please let me know.

Thank you all,

A sad Dad.

Right click on the desktop and select Properties > Desktop tab > Customize Desktop button > Web tab. If there is an entry there delete it and then click OK. Now you should be able to change the desktop background.

The computer won't even let me right click on the desktop. When I shutdown my computer or reboot it the desktop background that I chose shows for a second or two.....so it's up....i'm just not able to see it. Like I said before, i'm not able to right click on my desk top. If you have any other ideas please share them with me as this quite frustrating.

thanks,
