Can't Create Vpn Connection On Xp

Hi, i want to connect a vpn network. When i try to create a new vpn connection on xp, i can't select vpn because it's passive. Sorry for my bad english but i added a screen shot of my problem. When i click to next (ileri) nothing happens. What you think about this problem?

Hi,
strange...
Try it again and see if it works. Do you have any router or firewall on?
Do you get any error messages when trying to connect to VPN

Hi @extremeboy, first thank you for wanted to help me. I can connect a vpn network on my virtual machine(behind same router), it works well but the problem on my real machine. I have a firewall on real machine, maybe i closed some services of xp for security but i can't remember exactly. Already my pc need a format. I installed xp about 2 years ago so it has much problems and i think i can't solve it.
