Hi guys managed to get rid of most rubbish that was poping up with your earlier help.
Ads with this particular message still keep popping up 'ads served by nextads'. After blocking popups option the ad page itself does not load but window appears and if i close the window whole comp stops responding for a couple of mins. You will know what all I have done from my last post.

Someone help pls.

are you saying you can't download it or can't install it?

You could always use another computer to download it and the updates seperately and transfer them to the infected computer

I would like you to start the preparation for posting in the HJT forum, however I don't expect you will get far into the process

if you do succeed in getting a DSS scan and log please don't post here with it

if not then tell us how far you got with details please

there are a couple of things we could still try but I would prefer that you do this first

Since you have posted a HJT log in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum, I'm going to close this Topic.

You shouldn't make any changes to your system, while your HJT log is posted, as that could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.
At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
