I'm spent. I've been fighting this crap for a day and a half, deleted registry entries of malware, but still suffer from random pop up windows.

After several deletes and safe mode runs, spy sweeper now shows no signs, but it's still there. What should I do? Getting pissed beyond all belief.

What info can I post to help get rid of it all?

Thank you in advance for your help.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system.

the info in those popups would be helpful

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.

plus info on your windows version, your installed antivirus program and what other protection programs you have there; when were they all last updated and run on full computer scans?
