I am trying to install Verizon V-Cast music program and when I put it in to install it an error comes up that says "Access violation at address 0166AEA0. Write of address 00000010." - I click ok and then get another error that says "Access violation at address 0045A20F in module 'launder-na.exe'. Read of address 00000180."

Can someone please help me out? I have tried it on two other computers and it comes up just fine

I just want to get it installed so I can use it!

Thanks!

Please recheck the spelling of "launder-na.exe" I'm pretty sure it should be "launcher-na.exe" I found this http://www.verizonvoyager.org
Is this the program you're downloading? http://www.vzam.net/vcastmusic/
You might try asking at www.howardforums.com
