Cant Connect To Google And Othersites

I cant connect to google and other sites, such as yahoo, lavasoft,micrcosoft, when i try to connect all i get is a blank page, it is weird i dont know how this happened :thumbsup: i can connect to other sites but it takes a long time about 2 min. I have tried to connect with all my browsers,firefox and opera. I am using windows xp sp2

also my internet just got slower and i have scanned my computer using spybot,adaware,and avg and they are all updated exept adaware( causei cant connect to lavasoft.com)

Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed):
Go to Tools > Options.
Click Privacy in the menu..
Click the Clear now button below.. A new window will popup what to clear.
Select all and click the Clear button again.
Click OK to close the Options window

* Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin
Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
Let it scan your system for files to remove.
Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
Press OK to remove them.

Do you also ues IE and is it version 6 or 7?

It still doesn't work. Also, i can connect through those sites through proxy websites.

failing that

open a NEW word document and copy and past the link into it

then close this forum;

then click on the link IN the word document and tell us what happens
